Sean Mack (Founder & CEO of LuxAlgo) is an entrepreneur with a passion for sharing new perspectives with the world.

Sean started using various tools primarily for forecasting Bitcoin in 2017. Drawing parallels between visual arts & customizing technical indicators when introduced to Pine Script, he discovered the power of being able to produce new ways for others to visualize markets. He then decided to experiment with scripts & bring his unique ideas to life on TradingView charts.

Sean wanted to create a way to empower people to see new perspectives & simplify their analysis through technical indicators, while also providing new features for them over time via community feedback. As an entrepreneur, Sean also quickly noticed the industry of paid technical indicators was very much still in its infancy with a lot of room to mature.

LuxAlgo launched on April 13th, 2020, with Sean Mack alongside former team member Alexander Friend and quickly found its place as the go-to brand for technical indicators.

Through TradingView, Sean was then introduced to Alex Pierrefeu, a TradingView-highlighted 'Pine Script Wizard', more commonly known as AlexGrover as one of the most talented script developers in history.

Knowing him as a mathematician and prolific writer on the platform, Sean booked a spontaneous flight from the US to Spain to bring Alex Pierrefeu onto the LuxAlgo team full-time. Since then, they’ve made groundbreaking innovations within the technical analysis space together.

From publishing nearly 100+ open-source tools, to having 2/3 of the most popular indicators of 2022 on TradingView, and to growing the LuxAlgo Premium indicator suite into a very mature product used by 50,000+ people.
